Navoiy State University is committed to ensuring that faculty and staff adhere to high professional and ethical standards. The regulations below define the principles of staff conduct, the prevention of conflicts of interest, fair recruitment and the fight against corruption.

These documents are based on the labour and anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and are mandatory for all departments.

HR and ethics regulations

Staff code of conduct
Defines the professional duties of faculty and support staff, their relations with students and colleagues, and the core requirements for upholding the university's reputation.
Academic ethics policy
Sets out integrity in academic and pedagogical activity, disclosure of conflicts of interest, non-discrimination and the procedure for handling complaints about ethics violations.
Recruitment and selection rules
Defines recruitment to teaching positions through open competition, qualification requirements, probation periods and the formalisation of employment contracts.
Anti-corruption regulation
Defines measures to prevent corrupt practices, conflict-of-interest management, restrictions on gifts and benefits, and the option to report through a confidential hotline.
