The Board of Trustees provides strategic oversight of the university's development, financial transparency and partnerships.
The Board of Trustees is the strategic oversight and advisory body of Navoiy State University, acting independently of the university administration. Its membership brings together representatives of public authorities, leaders from industry and business, distinguished scholars and members of the alumni community.
The Board's core mission is to ensure the transparency of the university's activities, support its strategic directions and connect the institution with the needs of the labour market and society. The Board of Trustees oversees budget execution, major procurement and investment decisions, and development programmes.
