    Receive the invitation

    Once admission is confirmed, the university prepares and sends you the official invitation letter.

    Apply for the visa

    Apply for the visa with the invitation and passport at an Uzbek embassy or via the e-visa system.

    Arrive in Uzbekistan

    On arrival in Navoiy, a university representative meets you and helps with accommodation.

    Register on arrival

    Register at your place of residence within the set period and receive your student ID.
