NSU admits foreign citizens to its bachelor's and master's programs. Admission of international applicants is carried out under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on international educational cooperation.

The main requirements — eligibility, language proficiency and recognition of foreign diplomas — are set out below. Each applicant's documents are reviewed individually.

Eligibility

Secondary education is required for bachelor's, and a bachelor's diploma for master's programs.

Language proficiency

Instruction is in Uzbek or Russian; sufficient proficiency must be confirmed or a preparatory course completed.

Diploma recognition

Foreign education documents undergo recognition (nostrification) under the established procedure.
