Master's study at NSU is offered on a state grant and a tuition contract basis. Grant places go to applicants with the highest entrance-exam ranking, who receive an increased master's scholarship.

Contract tuition is set according to the specialisation and study format. The table below shows indicative amounts for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Funding support

Do master's students receive a scholarship?
Yes, master's students on state grants receive a scholarship that is higher than that of bachelor's students.
Is an education loan available?
Contract-based master's students may use banks' subsidised education loans.
Can I study while working?
Some specialisations offer evening and part-time formats that allow you to study while working.
