At NSU, bachelor's study is offered on a state grant (budget) basis and on a tuition contract basis. Students on state grants are exempt from tuition fees and receive a scholarship under the established rules.
Contract tuition is set annually according to the program and study format. Indicative amounts for the 2025–2026 academic year are shown below; exact figures are announced during the admission period.

Grants and scholarships
How are state grants allocated?
State grant places are awarded to applicants with the highest scores according to the entrance exam ranking.
Is there an academic scholarship?
Yes, students on grants receive a monthly scholarship; increased and named scholarships are also available for high achievers.
Are there discounts for special categories?
Legally defined socially vulnerable categories are eligible for tuition discounts and benefits on the contract.
Can I pay tuition with an education loan?
Yes, contract fees can be paid in instalments through banks' subsidised education loans.
